8. Registration Agreement & Financial Acknowledgement

Please review and acknowledge the following terms to finalize your registration:

Policy Acknowledgement: I have read and understand the "Payments, Refunds & Reimbursements" page in its entirety and agree to abide by all co-op financial policies.
Payment Deadlines & Forfeiture: I understand that to secure my family's place, the registration fee (or the first $100 deposit) must be received by May 15. I acknowledge that failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of my family's spot in the co-op.
Future Operational Costs: I understand that the current registration fee does not include potential costs for a year-round security guard or facility usage fees (rent). I acknowledge that should the church clarify these as required expenses, I will be responsible for my family’s portion via a set fee or participation in mandatory fundraising.
Payment Method: I understand that Venmo is no longer accepted and all payments must be made via Cash or Check (payable to Holy Martyrs Church).

Payment Instructions & Deadlines

Thank you for registering for Our Lady of Walsingham!

We are so excited to have your family join us for the 2026–2027 school year. To finalize your enrollment and secure your family's spot, please review the following payment details:

How to Finalize Your Payment

Approval: Our Leadership Team is currently reviewing your registration. Once reviewed, your account will be marked as "Pending Payment."
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Cash or Check (made payable to Holy Martyrs Church).
Where to Pay: You may hand your payment directly to Kunthea Jairam our Treasurer during any of our upcoming Friday co-op days.
Payment Plan Option: If you prefer not to pay in full, you may opt for the 3-step payment plan ($300 total). The first $100 deposit is due by May 15 to secure your spot.

Activation: Once your registration has been reviewed and your initial payment is received, your membership will be fully activated. You will then have full access to our member portal, class sign-ups, and family directory.
